OUR ARTICLE ON THE GREEN SEASON

This tour was designed for the most curious travelers—those who want to discover Costa Rica from a different perspective, away from the crowds, and with a pleasant surprise when it comes to the budget. The green season is that special time of year—between May and October—when nature is at its peak.

Of course, a few showers are to be expected—that’s part of the charm of this season—but they’re often brief and occur at the end of the day. In exchange? A welcome coolness, nature that breathes, and a peaceful atmosphere perfect for unwinding.

We’ve designed a tailor-made itinerary to reveal all the magic of this unique season. From charming accommodations to meaningful encounters, nature experiences, and local cuisine, you’ll journey through iconic regions: the volcanoes of the Central Valley, the lush jungles of the northern plains, the wild beaches of Nicoya, the canyons of Guanacaste, and the incredible biodiversity of the Osa Peninsula.

A trip during the green season offers a different way to experience Costa Rica: more authentic, more intimate, and often more memorable.
